The Center Origin Introduces Integration Circles to Help Clients Navigate Life After a Psilocybin Journey As interest in psilocybin-assisted experiences continues to grow, attention is increasingly turning to an important question: How do people make sense of what they experienced and bring those insights into their everyday lives? The Center Origin, the first-licensed Natural Medicine Healing Center in Colorado, is addressing that need with the introduction of Integration Circles, a new offering designed to support clients in the weeks and months following a psilocybin journey. “The experience doesn't end when someone leaves The Center Origin. Often, that is when the real questions begin. How do I understand what I experienced? What do I do with these insights? How can I bring them into my everyday life?” said Elizabeth Cooke, Founder and CEO of The Center Origin. “Integration Circles give our clients a place to explore these questions with support, guidance and a community that understands.” From Insight to Everyday Life Integration is the process of taking what a person experienced during a journey and exploring how it can become part of their life. It can involve looking at relationships, habits, choices, emotions and patterns through a new perspective. Integration Circles help make that process real. Rather than leaving clients to figure out what comes next on their own, the circles provide continued support and a place to talk through what they are experiencing as they return to everyday life. The circles are facilitated by The Center Origin’s multidisciplinary team, bringing different areas of knowledge and experience to the conversation. Participants can share openly, listen to others, ask questions and receive individualized support while exploring their own experience. Integration Circles are in addition to the two individual integration sessions included with every Center Origin journey. While those sessions provide one-on-one support within the first week of a journey, the circles create an opportunity for continued group connection and conversation. The circles are available in the weeks and months following a journey, recognizing that the process of understanding and applying insights can continue long after the initial experience. “People can have a deeply meaningful experience during a journey and then return to a world that hasn’t changed but they have,” said Jewel “Having a place to come back to, where they can talk about that change and be understood, can be incredibly meaningful.” Integration Circles are free for all Center Origin clients.
