Integration Session
Upon completion of your journey, you will participate in an integration session to process your experience, integrate newfound insights, and lay the groundwork for ongoing healing and growth.​

Included in our Journey Work Program
Individual Integration Sessions
After the completion of your journey and the included integration session, you may choose to schedule additional integration sessions.
​
These optional sessions offer continued support to reflect, process insights, and integrate your experience into daily life.
Integration sessions are also available to individuals who have completed journey work in another setting.

Individual Integration Sessions are $125.

Integration Circles
Online Integration circles provide a group space for participants to talk openly about their experiences, gain perspective, and feel supported as they integrate insights into daily life.
​
Integration circles are $30 per person per session.
