The Center Origin hires Licensed Medicine Handlers and Clinical Natural Medicine Facilitators.

Position Title: Natural Medicine Facilitator
Description: Are you passionate about supporting others on their path to healing, self-discovery, and transformation? At The Center Origin, we believe that true healing emerges from a holistic and integrated approach—one that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Clinical Facilitator to support clients through our center’s journey work process - integrating therapeutic processes in preparation, administration, and integration. The Clinical Facilitator plays a central role in ensuring psychological safety and continuity of care before, during, and after medicine sessions.
This is a contract position, ideal for a clinician or facilitator with experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic modalities, and a background in the application of psychotherapeutics in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct client preparation sessions, helping clients establish intentions, address concerns, and build trust in the therapeutic process.

Facilitate psilocybin administration sessions in accordance with The Center Origin’s and DORA’s protocols, maintaining a clinically attuned presence.

Provide post-session integration support to help clients make meaning of their experience and translate insights into their daily life.

Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold ethical and confidentiality standards.

Collaborate with The Center Origin’s clinical and operations team to ensure continuity of care and quality of client experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (NMCF)
-
Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
-
Previous experience in a clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, private/group practice, counseling etc.)
-
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional attunement
-
A commitment to delivering informed and ethical care
Preferred Experience:
-
Certification or training from a recognized psychedelic facilitation program (e.g., Numinous, Acadia, IPI, MAPS, CIIS).
-
Familiarity with Colorado’s psilocybin framework and The Center Origin’s Journey Work model.

Experience in Psychedelic Facilitation.​

Position Title: Licensed Medicine Handler
Description: A Natural Medicine Handler in Colorado is a licensed individual (21+) managing Regulated Natural Medicine products in a NMHC.
Core Responsibilities:

Handling & Logistics: Managing inventory, transport, storage, and transfer of Regulated Natural Medicine (RNM) and products.
-
Compliance: Strict adherence to state regulations, inventory tracking (seed-to-sale), and reporting.
-
Support: Assisting licensed Facilitators with preparation, administration, and cleanup during sessions.

Quality Control: Ensuring product integrity, safety, and proper labeling/packaging.

Key Requirements:

Age: Must be 21 years or older.

Licensing: A Natural Medicine Handler License is mandatory for those with unrestricted access to RNM.

Training: Supervised training includes, Review of Regs, Shadowing with a LMH, Weekly Review Meetings, Speaker Presentations
